Mindfulness for people who ‘can’t do mindfulness’ - via MS Teams

Mindfulness for people who ‘can’t do mindfulness’ - via MS Teams Online

This workshop is for anyone who has ever tried to practise mindfulness and thought, ‘I can’t do this’, or ‘Why won’t my mind just shut up?’

You will learn about misunderstandings and false expectations.

You will learn about actual obstacles and how these reveal obstacles in other parts of our lives.

You will learn some antidotes to the obstacles and that you don’t have to sit still to practise mindfulness.

This workshop has limited spaces to aid the workings of a confidential space.  Please be assured that no-one will be asked to share their personal experiences, but reflections and feedback about any of the questions and subject matter may be helpful and are encouraged.

You will need to be in a confidential space and have a pen and paper handy.
