Wednesday 21 February: Games Afternoon

Take a well-deserved break as deadlines loom and join us for a board game or two!

Whether you are looking to meet new people or have wellbeing questions, everyone is welcome to join.  There will also be arts & crafts activities, alongside plenty of free refreshments.

Drop into our weekly Good Mood cafe on campus (ground floor University House) to connect with like-minded students. These sessions provide an opportunity to meet new people, share interests, skills and wellbeing tips in an informal space to help boost your mood. It’s OK not to be OK, so you don’t have to be in a good mood to come along to a Good Mood cafe- but we hope everyone will leave feeling better than when they arrived.

It’s a safe space and you can choose whether to join in with discussions, or other activities.
