Positive thinking with CPSL Mind - via Zoom Online
Do you have days when you are really stressed out need to relax and unwind?
In this session, you will be guided through a series of meditation exercises which will focus how to relax and unwind after stressful days.
This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day.
These sessions run weekly, each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.
