As we prepare for University Mental Health Day this week, take a break from the challenges of your day with this meditation practice.
In this session, you will be guided through a series of meditation exercises which focus on boosting your energy and calm the mind. As the 15 March sees World Sleep Day these exercises can assist you with your sleep, an important component of our wellbeing.
This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day.
These sessions run weekly, each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.
