5 senses grounding exercise to manage anxiety with CPSL Mind - via Zoom Online

We spend so much time inside our heads, thinking, analysing and problem-solving which can cause us a lot of anxiety.

By taking a moment to reconnect with each of your 5 senses, you can find some calm and turn your attention to the present moment. In this session, you will be guided through the 5-4-3-2-1 grounding technique and sensory exercises.

This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day.

 

These sessions run weekly, each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.
