Mindfulness and sounds: the background noise of thoughts via MS Teams Online
A workshop to help you:
Notice how the mind and body respond to sounds (thoughts and emotions),
Learn to let go of those responses and experience sound just as sound,
Do the same with our thoughts – experience them as just thoughts without being controlled by them and without adding more thoughts on top of them.
This workshop has limited spaces to aid the workings of a confidential space. Please be assured that no-one will be asked to share their personal experiences, but reflections and feedback about any of the questions and subject matter may be helpful and are encouraged.
You will need to be in a confidential space and have a pen and paper handy.
