Mindful Journaling: Calm Space with CPSL Mind

Journaling is a meditative practice too and it can have a great impact on our mood, mindset and motivation. 

In this session you will be guided through a series of journal prompts which focus on aspects such as gratitude and self-reflection. Bring along a notepad and pen to the session.

This session offer guidance on self-help techniques which can help you to ‘ground yourself’ and feel better both in that moment and in the future.

Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.

This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day.
