Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.

This session is a chance to stop and reconnect with your whole body and release any built-up stress

You will be guided through a range of meditation exercises which focus on manging stress.

Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.

This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day
