Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.
In this session, you will be guided through visualisation for defusing negative thoughts, the “Mindbus technique”. It can help you see your thoughts for what they are - just thoughts and help you navigate the ones that aren’t useful to you.
Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.
This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day. This is
