Online Calm Space with CPSL Mind:
Sports and wellbeing

Join the conversation this week about how sport can support our wellbeing.

We will have a special guest from the Ice-skating society who will be sharing her own experiences of sport.

You will also be guided through a series of mindfulness exercises.

This is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions. 

Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity. These sessions offer a place to find guidance on self-help techniques which can help you to ‘ground yourself’ and feel better- both in that moment and in the future. Each week covers a different theme and offers techniques to manage wellbeing.
