In celebration of National Walking month taking place this May, this session will guide you through a walking meditation in the comfort of your own home.
Walking meditation blends the physical experience of walking with the focused mindfulness of a meditative state. It is designed to bring body and mind in sync while you’re out and about.
Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity. These sessions offer a place to find guidance on self-help techniques which can help you to ‘ground yourself’ and feel better- both in that moment and in the future. Each week covers a different theme and offers techniques to manage wellbeing.
