Open Door Calm Space with CPSL Mind: 5 Senses Grounding

Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.

Take a moment to reconnect with each of your 5 senses. These exercises can be used anywhere and can help ground yourself in the present moment.

You will also have the chance to chat to others and share your experiences.  

These sessions offer a place to find guidance on self-help techniques which can help you to ‘ground yourself’ and feel better- both in that moment and in the future. Each week covers a different theme and offers techniques to manage wellbeing.
