Open Door Calm Space with CPSL Mind: Visualise your calm space

Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.
Using the power of your own imagination, you will be guided to create your own personal calm space in your mind, which you can then visit whenever you’d like. This space will always be available to you whenever you need it and wherever you are.
You will also have the chance to chat to others and share your experiences.
These sessions offer a place to find guidance on self-help techniques which can help you to ‘ground yourself’ and feel better- both in that moment and in the future. Each week covers a different theme and offers techniques to manage wellbeing.
