Open Door Calm Space with CPSL Mind: Back to Basics Mindfulness

Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.

This session we will be going back to the basics of mindfulness.  Whether you are new to mindfulness, have never tried it before or practice mindfulness regularly, we can all benefit from going back to the basic concepts.

In this session you will be guided through some short basic mindfulness practices and there will be plenty of time for reflections and discussion.

These sessions offer a place to find guidance on self-help techniques which can help you to ‘ground yourself’ and feel better- both in that moment and in the future. Each week covers a different theme and offers techniques to manage wellbeing.
