In this session we will learn about the benefits of opening up your mind to new perspectives and doing new things.
FIKA is an App used to improve mental health, and consequently build mental fitness. We will run this session from the FIKA App, ideally you will need to download the App but it is possible to join in without it.
These 15 minute session will be hosted over Microsoft Teams by your Peer Wellbeing Mentors.
Our Fika sessions are aimed at enjoying time with others, while also learning about and improving your mental fitness at the same time. Whether you are a first-year student or you are graduating this year, we can all work on our key mental fitness skills:
