Mindful movement Hosted by CPSL Mind & ARU In-Person

We will be practising a mindful movement sequence, focusing our attention on small and purposeful movements of the body.

Everyone feels overwhelmed at times and our ARU online Open Door calm space provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.

These sessions offer guidance on self-help techniques which can help you to ‘ground yourself’ and feel better both in that moment and in the future.
