Stress Management: Change your mindset, use your positive emotions to manage stress with Mentors Robert & Azeezat
This 15-30 minute session provides education and skills development in stress management. Learn skills and techniques to calm your mind and feel more relaxed. Learn how to change your mindset so you can change how you look at and react to stress.
FIKA is an App used to improve mental health, and consequently build mental fitness. We will run this session from the FIKA App, ideally you will need to download the App but it is possible to join in without it.
These 15-30 minute session will be hosted over Microsoft Teams by your Peer Wellbeing Mentors.
