Confidence: Develop an ‘I can’ inner voice with mentors Joyce and Robs

This 15-30 minute session provides education and skills development to improve confidence. Learn skills and techniques to think more confidently. We will explore how trying new things can build confidence.

FIKA is an App used to improve mental health, and consequently build mental fitness. We will run this session from the FIKA App, ideally you will need to download the App but it is possible to join in without it.

These 15-30 minute session will be hosted over  Microsoft Teams by your Peer Wellbeing  Mentors. You will recieve a link on the day of the session.
