CPLS Mind special for Uni Mental Health Awareness day In-Person

Student life can be stressful, especially during a pandemic, so it’s important to make looking after your mental health a priority. The University Good Life project is committed to supporting student mental health by running two sessions a week for ARU students; aimed at connecting students, improving wellbeing and practicing relaxation techniques.

For University Mental Health Day on Thursday 4th March CPSL Mind are running a special online taster session at 3pm featuring a 30-minute Open Door calm space followed by a 30-minute Good Mood cafe.

Good Mood cafes are virtual drop ins providing students with a safe space to connect, share interests and discuss wellbeing tips. Open Door calm spaces are virtual spaces for students to relax, take time away from the stress of student life, learn self-help techniques and practice mindfulness.

We look forward to seeing you at 3pm Thursday 4th March for a mix of mindfulness and good conversation.

Once you have booked the event, you will recieve a link to join the session on the day of the event.
