FIKA - Confidence: Try new things

Confidence: Try new things hosted by mentors Jess & Vik

This 15-30 minute session provides education and skills development to improve confidence. Find out how you can push your comfort zone to become more confident.  We will explore how trying new things can build confidence.

FIKA is an App used to improve mental health, and consequently build mental fitness. We will run this session from the FIKA App, ideally you will need to download the App but it is possible to join in without it.

These 15-30 minute session will be hosted over  Microsoft Teams by your Peer Wellbeing  Mentors.
