FIKA - Motivation: keep moving forward
Motivation: keep moving forward hosted by mentors Ana and Syeda
This 15-30 minute session provides education and skills development in motivation. When you have ‘momentum’ it means you’re moving forward, no matter how slowly. We will explore ‘Keep your ‘why’ at the front of your mind.
FIKA is an App used to improve mental health, and consequently build mental fitness. We will run this session from the FIKA App, ideally you will need to download the App but it is possible to join in without it.
These 15-30 minute session will be hosted over Microsoft Teams by your Peer Wellbeing Mentors.
