FIKA - Stress Management
Stress Management: hosted by mentor Daisy
This 15-30 minute session provides education and skills development in stress management. Learn skills and techniques to calm your mind and feel more relaxed. We will explore how breathing can help with stress relief and also the benefits of using calming words.
FIKA is an App used to improve mental health, and consequently build mental fitness. We will run this session from the FIKA App, ideally you will need to download the App but it is possible to join in without it.
These 15-30 minute session will be hosted over Microsoft Teams by your Peer Wellbeing Mentors.
