FIKA - Motivation In-Person

Motivation: hosted by mentors Vik & Jess


This 15-30 minute session provides education and skills development in motivation. Learn the techniques to get motivated for tasks you struggle with. We will explore how having a buddy can motivate you.

FIKA is an App used to improve mental health, and consequently build mental fitness. We will run this session from the FIKA App, ideally you will need to download the App but it is possible to join in without it.

These 15-30 minute session will be hosted over  Microsoft Teams by your Peer Wellbeing  Mentors.
