FIKA - Focus: ‘Food for focus’

Focus: ‘Food for focus’ hosted by mentor Sara

This 15-30 minute session provides education and skills development in focus. Learn lifestyle improvements you can make to increase your focus.  We will explore the benefits of ‘Food and focus’.

FIKA is an App used to improve mental health, and consequently build mental fitness. We will run this session from the FIKA App, ideally you will need to download the App but it is possible to join in without it.

These 15-30 minute session will be hosted over  Microsoft Teams by your Peer Wellbeing  Mentors.
