Make Anxiety Useful

Make Anxiety Useful In-Person

Monday 22nd March 2021, 3:30-4:30pm

via MS Teams

What if it is not stress itself that is bad for our physical and mental health?

What if it is our attitude to stress and anxiety which can make unwell?

Taking a lead from research outlined in a fascinating TEDTalk by health psychologist Kelly McGonigal entitled How to make stress your friend, this live webinar asks: what next?

How do I change my attitude to stress and anxiety?

What do I do?

What should I avoid?

In short, how do I make anxiety useful?
