The resilience Meditation

The resilience Meditation In-Person

Our modern frantic world can too easily consume all our energy leaving behind a feeling of burn out. Critical thoughts of indecision, and the smallest of life’s challenges can seem insurmountable. Left unchecked it can lead us into feelings of anxiety, stress, low mood and exhaustion

This is a gentle 40 minute meditation encouraging participants to allow their mind’s harsh critical thoughts to fall silent for a while and gently focus on offering “warmth and kindness to oneself” and begin observing the mind and the world around you without actually trying to change anything. This focusing on what comes up for you can be used as an anchor for your awareness, helping you to offer compassion to yourself, dampening the inner critic and cultivating positive emotions.

This meditation is suitable for any students who would like to conclude their day with a gentle mindful meditation. Practicing mindfulness on a regular basis can be helpful in increasing creativity, concentration and defusing feelings of stress and anxiety.

All you need is a device to listen to the guided meditation, along with a comfy and supportive chair to sit on. Participants may prefer to sit on a stool or lay on a meditation or yoga mat. Blankets may also be handy to have close by if you choose to lay down during this session.

You will recieve a join link via email prior to the session.
