Open your mind to notice and appreciate more; your heart to accept more; your life to experience more.

Be less overwhelmed by the challenges life throws at you.

Judge less and be kinder to yourself and others.

Take time out from doing and experience just being.

 

 

This workshop has limited spaces to aid the workings of a confidential space. Please be assured that no-one will be asked to share their personal experiences, but reflections and feedback about any of the questions and subject matter may be helpful and are encouraged.

 

You will need to be in a confidential space, and you may want to have a pen and paper handy.
