Live Guided Meditation Session
The body scan meditation is beautifully simple and can help re-integrate mind and body inviting you to move your present moment attention around the body. This is a grounding meditation helping you to practice developing your capacity to pay attention to what is going on within your body in the here and now.
Regular mindfulness practice can help reduce stress and anxiety, and practice over long term basis has been found to help improve concentration and memory.
Requirements for this session
- A willingness to partake in a guided meditation
- A quiet space for 30minutes that is away from interruptions where you can take this time out for you in order to gain the most from your meditation
- Have available a mat or cushion you can sit on, or a straight back comfortable chair whichever suits you best
This session will be taken via Zoom and a link will be sent to your email address the morning of the session.
