 storm.\n\nFriday February 13th at 1 –1.30 \n\nvia MS Teams\n\n \n\nDoes 
 life seem to pass you by as you act on autopilot or repeat unhelpful 
 habits?\n\nIs your mind often far away or lost in the past and 
 future?\n\n\n\nThis workshop will consist mainly of a simple guided 
 practice\, to help you to wake up to the present moment and: \n\n\n\nBe 
 less overwhelmed by the challenges life throws at you.\n\nJudge less and be 
 kinder to yourself and others.\n\nTake time out from doing and experience 
 just being.\n\n\n\nThis workshop has limited spaces to aid the workings of 
 a confidential space.  Please be assured that no-one will be asked to share 
 their personal experiences\, but reflections\, feedback and questions may 
 be helpful and are encouraged. There will be time available for this 
 afterwards.
