Positivity: Positive thinking, write down 3 good things

This 15 – 30 minute course provides education and skills development to improve positivity and optimism. You mind is the most powerful tool you’ve got to boost your positivity.  This course gives you techniques to train it.

FIKA is an App used to improve mental health, and consequently build mental fitness. We will run this session from the FIKA App, ideally you will need to download the App but it is possible to join in without it.

These 15-30 minute session will be hosted over Microsoft Teams by your Peer Wellbeing  Mentors.
