If so, please come along to our Managing Stress and Anxiety workshop to understand the causes and physical and emotional signs and symptoms of feeling worried and stressed. Learn about the “vicious cycle” that can maintain the cycle of worry which can sometimes lead onto more prolonged feelings of anxiety and discover techniques and new approaches to help these experiences and feelings.
