Week 2 – Assertiveness
This workshop looks at what assertiveness is and what it isn’t. Looks at myths surrounding it, for example assertiveness being seen as being aggressive. Helps you to notice and build a better understanding of how having good personal boundaries can help with day to day assertiveness issues. Looks at the right to say no and communicating feelings more effectively.
