Mindful Walking In-Person

Join a member of the Counselling and Wellbeing team for a relaxing 40 minute walk through Chelmer Valley Nature Reserve. We will consider themes from Mindfulness as we appreciate the fresh air and space of the Nature Reserve. We will use our senses to help us focus our attention from life’s stresses and distractions towards our existence in that moment and to appreciate the experience without judging it. The walk will start and end on the University campus. Please wear comfortable shoes.

Please meet at the advertised session time outside the William Harvey Building – near the entrance doors.
